Questions about an order?
If your message is about a clipart set, a download that won’t open, a file you can’t find, or a question about what’s included, the fastest route is to message me directly through Etsy:

Etsy shows me your order alongside your message, so I can sort things out much faster there than over email.

Where are the files I bought?
Etsy keeps your downloads under Your Account → Purchases & Reviews → Download Files. They stay there permanently, so you can re-download any set whenever you like, on any device.
Can I use your cliparts in things I sell?
My sets are for personal crafting, your own journals, cards and gifts. If you’d like to sell handmade items made with a set, just message me and ask. I’m usually happy to say yes for small-scale handmade work, but I’d rather you checked first so we’re both clear.
Can I share the files with a friend?
Please don’t share or re-upload the digital files themselves, that’s the one thing that makes it hard for small shops like mine to keep going. Do send your friend a link to the shop, though, and thank you for thinking of it.
Can I use your blog photos or article text elsewhere?
The writing and images on this site are mine, so please don’t republish them. You’re very welcome to link to any post, or quote a line or two with a credit and a link back, that’s always appreciated.
Working together:
If you’re a brand, a shop or a fellow maker with something in mind, do get in touch at the same address. Two things worth saying upfront: I only ever mention things I’ve actually used and would recommend to a friend, and anything sponsored will always be clearly marked as such.
One small request:
If you’re writing with a problem, a page that won’t behave, glue that keeps wrinkling, a technique that isn’t working, tell me what you tried and what happened. It helps me give you a genuinely useful answer instead of a general one.
And if you’re writing just to say hello or share a page you’ve made, no details required at all. Those messages make my week.
